Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic accuracy required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
