Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting data.
• 6 months experience with smart phones or tablets in retail.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish supplies in the store.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and perform other duties as assigned.
