Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Accredited four-year degree and eight years of work experience or 10 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn applicable local, state/province, and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electrical Technicians and make critical daily decisions.
• Engage with customers, engineers, project managers and tradesmen to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Attend meetings daily to ensure continuity among vested parties.
• Prioritize and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance across multi-shiftElectrical department.
• Plan and execute trades safely with required PPE and site safety plans.
• Inspect field work, estimate maintenance/repair, and maintain work order records.
• Other duties as assigned.
