Job summary

Pires Electric in the Bay Area seeks a lead electrician to head a 2–3 person crew on commercial and industrial projects. You will manage multiple jobs, order and handle materials, and keep work moving safely and on schedule.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, NEC/NFPA 70 knowledge, own basic hand tools, and the ability to travel throughout the SF Bay Area. A license or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Certified, or equivalent electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of the NEC / NFPA 70 code book.
• Own basic electrical hand tools.
• Comfortable working in high-reach areas.
• Experience leading a crew and running a job.
• Strong communication skills.
• Material ordering and handling.
• Clean DMV record.
• Able to travel throughout the SF Bay Area.
• Driver's license and electrical license preferred.
