Ideal candidates bring an Associate or B.Sc. in Engineering/Science and 1–3 years of hands-on experience with fabrication, tooling, and electrical test equipment. On-site work and up to 15% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or B.Sc. in Engineering/Science.
• 1–3 years experience in related fields.
• Basic fabrication including cutting, drilling, fitting components.
• Experience using hand and power assembly tools for electrical/mechanical assemblies.
• Experience operating electrical test equipment to verify continuity.

Responsibilities

• Challenge existing methods and drive improvements for higher throughput, higher quality, and improved integration with existing production methods.
• Support engineering and science teams researching and constructing innovative solutions.
• Support the development, construction, deployment, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems for domestic and international environments.
• Support the startup and functional testing of working prototypes to validate system performance against requirements.
