Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Aurora, OH is seeking a Production Associate III to support product development and manufacturing through data acquisition setup, testing and documentation. You will work under close supervision on highly standardized tasks to contribute to quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing/engineering/technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot at subsystem and system levels using defined methods.
• Ability to interpret basic technical documentation in English.
• Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Ability to work with limited direction and information.

Responsibilities

• Test production assemblies and sub-assemblies for correct operation against specs.
• Set up or modify equipment, calibration and routine tests per instructions.
• Conduct basic testing, troubleshooting and data reporting for root cause analysis.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, and keep accurate records.
• Participate in quality and LEAN activities and training sessions.
• Collaborate with team lead, engineers, and managers to improve quality and efficiency.
