Job summary

Insight Global in San Diego, CA is seeking an Electrical Integration Technical Lead to own the electrical integration of complex semiconductor automation equipment. You will lead electrical projects and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and wiring teams to deliver robust systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
5+ years designing and integrating complex industrial electrical systems.
Experience with Altium Designer (schematics).
Experience with AutoCAD or DraftSight (wiring, cable and harness drawings).
Technical leadership experience driving projects, priorities, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Own the electrical integration of assigned systems.
Serve as a technical lead for electrical projects.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
Oversee electrical documentation and design reviews.
Support cable and harness design efforts.
Balance hands‑on electrical engineering work with project planning, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of engineering deliverables.
