Job Summary:
As a hardware debugging specialist on our team, you will be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting, validating, and resolving complex hardware issues across compute, controls, networking, and sensor systems. You will be responsible for triaging active hardware issues within our deployed fleet, driving root‑cause investigations, and building analysis methods to reproduce these field issues in the lab. Working closely with fleet support engineers, you will track ongoing issues and manage their containments, while proposing long‑term design solutions to our hardware design teams.
