Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Instrumentation and Electrical experience in production maintenance.
• Journeyman or completion of apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with PLC/DCS systems and 3-Phase controls.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance across the facility.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and process deficiencies.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize outages.
• Maintain DCS/PLC systems, improve automation and data reporting.
• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematics to service control systems.
