Job summary

OceanaGold Corporation seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation—Supervisor to lead entry and journey-level E&I technicians at our underground operations. You will oversee installation, maintenance, calibration, and testing of electrical/instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years journey-level experience in electrical and electronic instrumentation maintenance and repair (utility/industrial preferred).
• Another path: Bachelor’s degree + two years journey-level experience in electrical/instrumentation maintenance and repair (utility/industrial preferred).
• Or eight years journey-level experience incl. supervisory/lead capacity (utility/industrial preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry and journey-level E&I technicians in maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and instrumentation apparatus.
• Perform complex electrical/instrumentation installation and troubleshooting for underground infrastructure.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation systems, control loops, PIDs, and related equipment.
