Job summary

International Paper in Selma, Alabama is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation (EI) Maintenance Associate to assist journeymen electricians and instrumentation technicians in routine maintenance while participating in a world-class training program that combines hands-on experience with classroom instruction.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be eligible to work in the US; one year of maintenance experience or related education is preferred, with willingness to work

Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience.
18 years of age or older and eligible for employment in the US.
One year experience in Instrumentation, Electrical, or HVAC maintenance, or one year vocational/technical education in these disciplines.
Willing to work in industrial conditions and undergo drug screening, health assessment, periodic drug screens, and safety training.

Responsibilities

Assist journeymen electricians and instrumentation technicians in routine maintenance; participate in training to advance.
