Sappi Somerset is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation maintenance. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience in supervision, shutdown planning, or engineering roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with process or rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems.
• Electrical Engineering degree is helpful, though hands-on experience is equally valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily maintenance activities and planned outages.
• Support a safety-first work environment.
• Partner with operations to address equipment issues and maintain production targets.
• Improve planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment.
• Support or lead a skilled maintenance team, depending on role alignment.
• Contribute to equipment reliability and performance improvements.
