Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of a work group of about 10 employees.
• Lead electrical troubleshooting and timely issue resolution.
• Plan and schedule the maintenance team for backlog management.
• Ensure predictive and preventative maintenance schedules are followed.
• Identify opportunities to increase reliability and reduce costs.
• Set performance expectations and provide feedback to team members.
• Oversee safety and training within the department.
