Job summary

Ag Processing Inc seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for our St. Joseph, MO plant. You will supervise E&I Technicians, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/process control issues, and coordinate installations and upgrades.

The role requires PLC programming knowledge, blueprint reading, and strong project management skills to ensure safety and reliability of plant electrical systems. You will collaborate with management, vendors, and contractors, design training programs, and help establish project

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical and motor control equipment.
• PLC programming experience or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HMI, PLC, process control and electrical problems.
• Assist with development of new electrical/process control systems and be involved with project development and installations.
• Supervise E&I Technicians and oversee daily activities.
• Schedule calibrations and inspections with written documentation.
• Coordinate projects with outside contractors and plant management staff.
• Develop and deliver written training for PLC, HMI and electrical equipment.
• Install and configure hardware/software; manage project costs.
