Ag Processing Inc a cooperative seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for its St. Joseph refinery. This hands-on management role involves leading a team of Maintenance Technicians while optimizing electrical and process control systems in a safety-focused production environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with PLC programming, instrumentation, and project management. Benefits include a 401(k) match and employer-funded pension plan.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLCs.
• 3+ years with industrial motor control systems and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using computer hardware and software for technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians overseeing daily activities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Design training programs for PLC and electrical systems.
