Job summary

Crystal Sugar Company in Moorhead, MN seeks an Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor to direct daily E&I maintenance on factory machinery. The role includes commissioning, installation on capital projects and budgeting input, ensuring safety and reliability of the plant.

The candidate will lead the E&I crew, develop staff, and coordinate with Production and Maintenance leadership to maximize uptime and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related industrial field experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day inspection, maintenance and repair activities of electrical and instrumentation personnel for factory machinery and equipment.
• Oversee commissioning, installation and maintenance of capital projects and ensure budgets are adhered to.
• Plan, prioritize and schedule E&I crews to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Provide input on control system development in collaboration with plant engineering.
