Job summary

Essity is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation Technician to support a 24/7 tissue manufacturing operation in Menasha, WI. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting with Ethernet/logic interfaces, and coaching operators within asset teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Electrician credential and a manufacturing background. The position starts on a standard 8-hour day shift with potential for 12-hour shifts, overtime, weekends, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• HSED or Diploma required.
• Journeyman Industrial Electrician Card required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations, engineering, and maintenance resources to support a 24/7 tissue production operation.
• Respond to critical requests for site-wide support.
• Develop Center of Excellence knowledge on specific technologies and share with team.
• Perform troubleshooting on site using Ethernet and logic controls interface tools.
• Identify improvements for critical instrumentation.
• Support and troubleshoot motors, drives, and logic-controlled equipment.
• Develop and mentor apprentices in trade areas.
