Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking a positive, energetic foreman to join our experienced team in the field. You will be responsible for safety reporting, coordinating permits, and working with crew members to ensure high-quality electrical and instrumentation work.

With a focus on multi-skill capability, you will assist in JSA/HHA preparation, inventory control, and RFI support while maintaining a safe, compliant worksite. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the NCCER Skill Assessment cut score.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.

Responsibilities

• Promptly report all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to all crew members.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct, then report, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates to the Supervisor.
• Manage requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.
