Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Technician to maintain and improve electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across our manufacturing operations.

Join a collaborative team with a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay of $34–$39, and opportunities to expand technical skills through preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and plant automation projects.

Qualifications

Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent in Industrial Electrical Maintenance or related field.
Understanding of NFPA 70E and electrical safety practices.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation and controls.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Assist with upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
Support plant automation and control systems.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve reliability.
