Job summary

The Clorox Company is hiring a Mechanical Technician for the Atlanta West facility in Georgia. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems on automated packaging equipment, ensuring reliable production and adherence to safety standards.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of VFDs/PLCs/servo motors, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience of at least 5 years.
• Thorough knowledge of VFDs, PLCs and servo motors.
• Ability to repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment to prevent, resolve, and eliminate various process failures and equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot motor and motor control problems.
• Work with VFDs, PLCs, and servo motors used in plants.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage work orders and parts lookup.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and maintain a clean, safe work area.
