Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an Electrical/Instrumentation Drafter to perform routine design tasks and assist in larger projects under close supervision. The role focuses on drafting installation details, motor control schematics, cable schedules, and panel layouts in accordance with NEC and company standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent with an Associate degree preferred, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industrial drafting and design experience.
• Familiarity with NEC and project specifications.
• Proficient in CAD drafting standards and 2D CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft installation details, motor control sketches, and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare cable schedules, panel layouts, and grounding plans.
• Assist on-site during startup and communicate design changes promptly.
• Ensure alignment with project scope and company standards.
