Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an electrical/instrumentation drafter to handle routine design tasks under supervision, supporting larger, more complex projects.

You will draft installation details, motor control center layouts, cable schedules, and control panel diagrams, using 2D AutoCAD and MicroStation, while collaborating with a project team and adapting to evolving design criteria.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant industrial drafting experience.
• Familiarity with NEC and CAD drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft installation details, motor control center diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Create electric room layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.
• Assist in design changes and provide on-site startup support.
