Dematic seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team and lead on-site installation activities across multiple customer locations in the continental USA, with 100% travel to sites.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely reporting, including supervising subcontractors, conducting safety audits, and producing trip and progress reports for project leads. Ten years of electrical troubleshooting experience, OSHA 30, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor work.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and installation.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to leads and customers.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in installation of equipment.
• Write trip reports according to Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems and perform physical tasks as needed.

The employee may be based anywhere in the continental USA, however, must be willing to travel 100% to customer locations.

• Write clear, concise, and timely trip reports according to Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50 lbs ).

Tasks and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
• OSHA 30 certification required .
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on-site.
• Proficient with personal computers, spreadsheets , and weekly status reporting .
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.
