Job summary

Dematic seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead site activities across customer locations in the continental USA. You will oversee installation quality, safety, and on-site operations while coordinating with project teams and customers.

The role requires strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills, safety leadership, and hands-on supervision of subcontractors. Travel up to 100% and lifting requirements are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience with quality assurance.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work weekends/holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions.
• Maintain on-site safety and perform safety audits.
• Support equipment trial runs and ensure Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to PM or customer.
• Assist training of contract labor and subcontractors.
• Write concise trip reports per Dematic procedures.
• Identify problems and suggest practical solutions.
• Travel on short notice; up to 100% travel; on-call as needed.
• Navigate large construction sites; lift at least 50 lbs.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $42,000 - $95,000 at the time of posting.

Finalcompensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education,experience, knowledge, and skills

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for installation quality on the project site, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality
• Responsible for quality checklists and submittal of Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified
• Responsible for on-site safety including but not limited to safety audits
• Assists with routine equipment trial runs to ensure that it meets specifications and assure equipment is installed to Dematic standards
• Provides on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager and/or customer
• Provides assistance with training of contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment
• Writes concise, clear, and completes trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures
• Identifies problems as they occur and suggests appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex
• Travel on short notice and spend up to 100% of the time traveling; must be willing to be on call and travel accordingly
• Push, pull, crawl, squat and walk around large construction sites in various climates and conditions
• Lift at least 50 lbs.

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts - offer OT compensation
• Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers, data base functions and communications.
• Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
