Job summary

Dematic is seeking a talented Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. You will work on diverse customer projects and locations, with the option to be based anywhere in the continental USA and travel 100% to customer sites.

Key duties include completing electrical in-tasks, ensuring safety, guiding less experienced personnel, reading engineered drawings, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in electrical installation.
• Willing to travel extensively within continental US.
• High School or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Must possess a high degree of safety awareness.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good communicator and willing to take direction.
• Some computer experience preferred; basic emailing, spreadsheet input and report input.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned electrical in tasks within allotted time as assigned by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around.
• Provide basic direction, training and support of less experience personnel.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, squat, crawl and walk around large construction sites in various climates and environments.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
