Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical tasks on diverse customer projects across the continental USA. The role requires traveling 100% to sites and supervising safety and work quality.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of electrical installation experience, the ability to read engineered drawings, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in electrical installation.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Must possess a high degree of safety awareness.
• Requires willingness to travel extensively within the continental US.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned electrical tasks within allotted time as assigned by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around.
• Provide basic direction, training and support of less experienced personnel.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, squat, crawl and walk around large construction sites in various climates and environments.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
