Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical tasks on customer projects across the USA. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed within diverse environments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of electrical installation experience, read engineered drawings, and demonstrate strong safety awareness and communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in electrical installation.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Must possess a high degree of safety awareness.
• Good communicator and able to take direction.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Some computer experience; basic emailing, spreadsheet input.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned electrical tasks within allotted time as directed by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others.
• Provide basic direction, training and support to less experienced personnel.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Move around large construction sites in various climates and environments.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
