We are looking for a skilled Electrician Install Expert who takes pride in top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead residential electrical installation projects, guide homeowners through the install process with peace of mind, and mentor electrical apprentices to support their development into independent professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Execution: Review sold estimates, establish clear plans of action, and execute complex residential electrical installations to the highest industry and Harts standards.
• Customer Peace of Mind: Guide homeowners through the installation journey using the Harts Service Process, answering questions and ensuring total satisfaction from start to finish.
• Apprentice Leadership & Mentorship: Train, evaluate, and mentor electrical apprentices. Provide hands‑on technical guidance, safety coaching, and constructive feedback to help them grow into skilled professionals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with install coordinators, dispatch, sales experts, and install managers to keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with revenue goals.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Maintain a safe worksite in strict accordance with OSHA standards and local Washington electrical codes.
• Technology & Fleet: Use company iPads and service software for job tracking and messaging; keep assigned company vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Position Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid Washington Journeyman Electrical License (EL01 or EL02) required.
• Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical installation experience with a proven track record.
• Leadership & Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor apprentices, make sound technical decisions under pressure, communicate clearly, and operate mobile technology/iPads efficiently.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Physical Activity: Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods (70%+ of the workday).
• Lifting Capabilities: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (assisted lifts required for loads over 50 lbs).
• Work Environment: In-field installations on customer properties across all weather conditions with adequate PPE provided. Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders.
