HARTS PLUMBING & EXCAVATION LLC in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Electrician Install Expert to lead residential electrical installations, guiding homeowners through the process with confidence and ensuring quality workmanship.

You will mentor apprentices, coordinate with install coordinators and other teams, and uphold OSHA safety and Washington codes. A valid WA Journeyman license and clean driving record are required; compensation is $55/hr plus bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential electrical installation experience.
• Valid Washington Journeyman Electrical License (EL01 or EL02).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and lead teams.

Provide hands-on technical guidance, safety coaching, and constructive feedback to help them grow into skilled professionals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with install coordinators, dispatch, sales experts, and install managers to keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with revenue goals.Safety & Code Compliance: Maintain a safe worksite in strict accordance with OSHA standards and local Washington electrical codes.Technology & Fleet: Use company iPads and service software for job tracking and messaging; keep assigned company vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained.Position QualificationsLicensing: Valid Washington Journeyman Electrical License (EL01 or EL02) required.Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical installation experience with a proven track record.Leadership & Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor apprentices, make sound technical decisions under pressure, communicate clearly, and operate mobile technology/iPads efficiently.Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsPhysical Activity: Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods (70%+ of the workday).Lifting Capabilities: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (assisted lifts required for loads over 50 lbs).Work Environment: In-field installations on customer properties across all weather conditions with adequate PPE provided.
