Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a TDLR Journeyman or Masters License for Electrical Inspector.
• Four years of electrical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections to verify code compliance and safety.
• Review construction documents and plans for compliance with codes.
• Provide information to the public about policies, permit requirements and procedures.
• Investigate complaints and ensure permitting requirements are met.
• Adhere to safety requirements during inspections.
