Walmart is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer/Technician to write schematics, procedures, and documentation for electrician tools and safety codes at our Olathe facility. You will design and deploy electrical solutions, interpret blueprints, and oversee maintenance across industrial environments, ensuring reliable, compliant operations.

Competenze

2 years of experience repairing, maintaining, or diagnosing mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
1 year of experience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Preferred certifications include Industrial Maintenance Certification and OSHA 10.

Perform onsite installation and routine maintenance per drawings and specifications.
Monitor equipment fabrication to ensure designs meet quality standards.
Lead inspections and use quality trends to drive long-term reliability improvements.
Maintain compliance with electrical standards, safety requirements, procedures, and regulations.
Support reliable operations by keeping technical documentation accurate and up to date.
Assess customer needs and business priorities when planning and executing work assignments.
Coordinate work to meet timelines, quality expectations, and goals.
Provide advice and support to help team members achieve quality results.
Model adaptability when processes or priorities change.
Develop, communicate, and implement processes that meet business needs.
