• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position OR 1 year’s experience in industrial maintenance (e.g. welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics) including six months leading a work or project team.

Responsibilities

• Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities, building relationships, providing cross-training, and encouraging teamwork across areas.
• Monitors work plans and workloads to meet deadlines by talking with associates to solve problems, resolving delays, and auditing progress to identify concerns early on a shift.
• Manages maintenance department daily operations, diagnosing equipment problems, developing repair options, and training associates to perform repairs on material handling equipment, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and energy center operations.
