Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting represents a client seeking an Electrical Project Executive to lead large, multi-building hyperscale data center programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Remote role with 50% travel across the Southeast; you will own financial performance, shape standard processes, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, repeatable results in a fast-growing mission-critical business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressively responsible leadership in large commercial/industrial or mission-critical electrical construction.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or large mission-critical programs of $50M to $150M+ each.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-building or multi-phase hyperscale data center programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Create standard processes, deliverables and execution tools for consistency across regions and teams.
• Spot program risks early and implement plans to address procurement, labor, and design coordination issues.
