Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and digging.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic, unskilled electrical tasks including lifting, digging, climbing, trenching, and excavating.
• Operate saws, drills, and cutting tools to assist in electrical work.
• Assist more experienced electricians and contractors as directed.
• Participate as a spotter when required.
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
