CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This hands-on supervisory role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and proven electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Foreman-level experience supervising electrical crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of electrical crews.
• Assign work, monitor productivity and quality.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings.
• Coordinate and install conduit and cable tray; set up large cable pulls.
• Install switchgear, distribution panels, and transformers; fire alarm systems.
• Perform hands-on electrical installation as needed; coordinate with Superintendent.
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards.
