Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an entry-level helper to assist electricians on construction sites, handling materials, using basic tools, and supporting safe operations on Primoris Energy Services Corp projects.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather, learn electrical basics, and collaborate with skilled tradespeople; prior construction experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in construction or industrial setting is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Must work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, digging trenches, and cleaning up job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Learn and apply basic electrical principles and practices.
• Communicate effectively with electricians and other team members.
