This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in the electrical trade within a dynamic energy services company.

You will work under supervision, learn basic electrical codes, handle hand and power tools, and contribute to a range of site tasks while supporting a collaborative team and adhering to project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a construction or industrial setting is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in pulling wire, conduit, and cables through walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Prepare and clean work sites, including gathering tools and materials.
• Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
• Dig trenches and holes for electrical wiring and conduit.
• Install and connect electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches as directed.
• Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, making connections, and labeling components.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
