Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Laborer (Non-Driver, Electrical) to assist electricians on outdoor electrical construction projects. The role centers on manual labor, material handling, site support, and strict safety adherence in varying weather conditions.

You'll lift and move materials, aid with setup of equipment and temporary structures, operate basic tools under supervision, and help keep job sites organized while communicating with the crew and supervisors to ensure progress and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
OSHA 10 certification a plus.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components, including pulling wire, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and transport them to work areas.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
Prepare work sites by setting up cones, barriers, and other safety equipment.
Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead electrician.
