Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Electrical Helper to support the installation of electrical systems on our project sites. You will work under the direction of a Journeyman and Foreman, performing conduit, wiring, and equipment installations to meet project specifications.

Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year related electrical helper experience, with NCCER certification preferred. A strong safety mindset and ability to read and follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related electrical helper experience or training.
• NCCER Certification/License preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical raceway systems to project specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit; install cable and duct banks.
• Assist with wiring connections to lighting and equipment; install small electrical gear.
• Attend daily safety meetings and maintain safety documentation.
• Follow project specs and safety/quality standards.
