Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an Electrical Helper to support construction and installation of fueling and charging stations in the Sanford, FL area. You will work in a team, travel if needed, and participate in in-house training to advance your knowledge of electrical construction.

Responsibilities include assisting in assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment, installing conduits and wiring, inspecting safety compliance, and supporting estimators with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2–3 years as an electrical apprentice; no journeyman card required.
Knowledge of electrician standards and codes.
Detail oriented and able to follow procedures.
Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and fixtures used in fueling/charging stations.
Install conduits, pull wire and make final connections to circuit breakers, pumps, dispensers and lighting.
Inspect electrical systems for safety, codes and project specifications; verify proper operation.
Advise on hazards and safety of electrical systems to management and customers.
Assist estimator with material take-off, material cost and labor allowances.
