Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn safe tool use.
• Physical ability for standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Outdoor work at construction sites and varying weather conditions.
• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions and safety rules.
• Basic math and measurement skills for conduit, wire, and installation work.
• Keep tools, materials, and workspace organized and orderly.
• Punctuality and time management to keep projects on schedule.
• Team player who collaborates with electricians, technicians, and supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and proactive communication with supervisors.
• Comply with PPE, equipment operation, and jobsite safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians, journeymen, and installers with generator installations and related electrical work.
• Load and unload generators, distribution equipment, materials, and tools.
• Transport and organize equipment between warehouse, vehicles, and jobsites.
• Prepare work areas, set up tools, and establish safe work zones at sites.
• Under supervision, assist with pulling wire, installing conduit, and mounting equipment.
• Help position generators, set up pads, and support installation crew.
• Dig and trench for electrical conduits and utilities as needed.
• Perform light construction tasks and concrete pad preparation.
• Operate approved hand and power tools safely after training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite; protect customer property.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety policies throughout projects.
• Assist with other installation, warehouse, or maintenance duties as assigned.
