Job summary

Generator Supercenter, Inc. in Peabody, MA is hiring a full-time Electrical Helper to support skilled electricians by supplying materials, wiring installations, and basic electrical work at multiple site locations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1 year of electrical experience (preferred), and willingness to travel for each scheduled install. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with typical 8-hour shifts and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist a skilled Electrician by supplying materials, equipment, and tools at the scene of jobs.
• Participate in installing underground conduit and wire.
• Participate as a trainee in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring systems and other electrical fixtures and electric equipment.
• Perform less difficult or routine installations and make connections and terminations.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Willingness to learn and support the organization’s goals and values.

GENERATOR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED... We will train you and you can earn industry certifications as you pass and complete the required courses.
