DEAR Services in Kent, WA is seeking a full-time Electrical Technician to perform hands-on electrical maintenance and service for residential clients. You will work directly with homeowners, diagnose issues, and implement safe, code-compliant solutions.

You will collaborate with inspectors and suppliers, access crawl spaces and attics, and use your own tools. A valid WA driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of valid residential electrical experience.
• Proven track record of successful plumbing service.
• Own tools.
• Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
• Ability to work in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics) and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid WA State driver's license.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while abiding by all codes.
• Ability to install electrical hardware and parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
