Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in relevant engineering field.
• Proven background in test engineering and hardware validation.
• Ability to translate electrical requirements into test plans.
• Hands-on testing of PCBAs and circuit boards.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create verification and validation test plans from system requirements.
• Analyze specs and schematics to inform testing strategy.
• Translate technical requirements into repeatable test procedures.
• Conduct electrical testing on production and prototype PCBA hardware.
• Verify signal integrity, power, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Perform dielectric withstand and Hi-Pot testing for safety.
• Document pass/fail results and prepare validation reports.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, Systems, and Hardware teams.
• Design test setups, fixtures, and lab instrumentation.
• Validate across multiple hardware revisions and boards.
