ISG in Green Bay, WI seeks a Electrical Graduate Engineer to design power, lighting, and control systems for a variety of facilities. You will collaborate with owners, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative electrical solutions across industries.

The role involves evaluating power distribution, preparing calculations, and producing CAD drawings while growing within an employee-owned, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Understanding of building systems, power, distribution, and lighting.
• Experience with design standards and codes for public building design.
• Strong technical and organizational skills with clear communication.
• Willingness to work with Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems for varied facilities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and power companies.
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, and diagrams of electrical systems.
• Provide equipment recommendations and options to clients.
• Produce CAD drawings using CAD software.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field measure and document existing buildings.
• Conduct detailed electrical studies including fault current and arc flash calculations.
