Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Applicants should have obtained their Professional Engineering (PE) license or are working towards it.
• Experience with design standards and codes for public building design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems.
• Communicate with owners, architects, contractors, and power companies.
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, and diagrams of electrical systems.

Skills

Understanding of building systems, power, distribution, and lighting

High level of technical and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
