Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. is looking for an Electrical Engineer in Green Bay, WI who will design and evaluate electrical systems for a variety of facilities including commercial and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and work towards their Professional Engineering license. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $75,000 - $125,000 per year and a range of employee benefits, including a 401K plan and Employee Ownership Stock Plan (ESOP).

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Must have obtained Professional Engineering (PE) license or be working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems.
• Communicate directly with owners, architects, contractors, and power companies.
• Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, and diagrams of electrical systems.
• Provide options and recommendations on equipment selections for clients.
• Produce design work using CAD tools.

Skills

Understanding of building systems, power, distribution, and lighting

Experience with design standards and codes for public building design

High level of technical and organization skills

Strong oral and written communication

Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
