Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is hiring a General Foreman to lead scheduling, planning, and execution of electrical construction projects in the Western US. You will develop 12/6/4 week look-ahead schedules, coordinate with estimators and BIM teams, and ensure safety and quality across complex jobs.

Some hands-on work may be required. Requirements include 3+ years of field supervision in electrical construction, a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 required or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction software (Bluebeam Studio)
• Fundamental knowledge of construction management and scheduling techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with safety practices and culture
• Experience managing projects up to $5M and supervising 20-50 employees
• Ability to interpret construction plans and ensure milestones are met

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of schedules and implement comprehensive job plans
• Attend pre-construction planning and coordination with estimators, BIM professionals, and project teams
• Develop IPTs and control take-off plans
• Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and safety plans
• Supervise project execution, oversee RFIs, and ensure QA with AHJs
• Lead closeout activities and ensure contractual compliance
