Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a General Foreman to join our growing team in Colorado.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and on‑site execution, leading foremen and coordinating with estimators and project management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of electrical construction supervisory experience, a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License, and solid knowledge of construction management and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of field experience in electrical construction, including supervisory or leadership roles.
• Colorado Journeyman Electrical License is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required; additional electrical trades certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of schedules (12-week, 6-week, 4-week look‑ahead) and ensure project progress.
• Coordinate pre‑construction planning with Estimator, Senior Superintendent, and PM.
• Lead IPTs, allocate foremen scopes, and manage resource planning.
• Ensure on‑site safety practices and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise construction execution, maintain documentation, and address RFIs.
