Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) seeks a General Foreman to lead schedules, job plans, and field execution for electrical construction projects.

You will oversee pre-construction planning, coordinate teams, and ensure on-time delivery with safety at the forefront. The role requires 3+ years in electrical construction, a Colorado Journeyman Electrical License, and a high school diploma or GED; trade certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience in electrical construction with supervision.
• Colorado Journeyman Electrical License required.
• High School diploma or GED; trade certification preferred.
• Strong safety culture and ability to manage multiple crews.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of schedules and job plans.
• Lead pre-construction planning with BIM and estimators.
• Coordinate IPTs and allocate foreman scopes.
• Manage 12/6/4 week look-ahead scheduling.
• Ensure safety, QA and AHJ coordination.
• Oversee project closeout and vendor handoffs.
• Supervise as-built drawings and RFIs.
